- Top End Components: Our comprehensive rebuild includes a CNC machined and diamond honed cylinder, new upgraded pistons, ring sets, circlips, a camshaft timing chain, and all required gaskets and seals.
ROBUST BOTTOM END COMPONENTS
- Crankshaft: Uses new or remanufactured crankshafts based on availability, each adhering to strict quality standards.
- Bearings & Oil System: Features upgraded bearings and a new oil pump with chain, complete with all necessary gaskets and seals for a solid foundation.
- Components: Transmission components, wet clutches, idler chain, and mechanical water pump seal.
